MAIL IN ENTRY- Fill in form and print it. Mail to Beland Stables, PO Box 1072, Lakeville, MA 02347 t along with coggins, proof of rhino and payment.
ON-LINE ENTRY – Fill in the form on your computer. Save it. Attach saved form, coggins and proof of Rhino to Email and send to secretary@belandstables.com. A PayPal invoice will be sent to the PayPal email entered on the form. OPen the email and approve to complete the entry.
